Irql_not_less_or_equal

I had same IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL problem with my P5AD2 mobo.
When I downclocked my mobo by 5Mhz it became rocksolid.
But I want my cpu run at it's usual 3.4GHz and not less.
So I set the vcore from auto to 1.4250 or 1.4350 and now it's rocksolid too.
The temperature is remaining below 70'c. (TDP=72'C).

Can this hurt the cpu?????

tcpip error

I get the following error (blue screen randomly, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR _EQUAL, tcpip.sys error), i have tried to reinstall lancard driver, etc... Nothing solved yet... :( Please HELP
