physical memory dump

Dell Optiplex GX270, winxp pro, 256 mb ram, 384 mb paging file. Gets bsod with a physical memory dump. I've included a windows debugger log along with minidumps if anyone can help me translate it. Thanks!
 
Faulty ram

Hi,

Probably it is faulty ram.

Suugestion
1. Run memtest to stress test the ram
2. Upgarde BIOS
