2.Update CPU MicroCode.Patch ID=14h Platform ID=1Dh,Patch ID=0Dh Platform ID=BDH.
3.Add EM64T (E0) CPU Support
4.According to Prescott BIOS Writer Guide,set "Platform_Conformance" bit for FMB 1.5.
5.Remove Lan boot rom support
6.Patch use FSB:100Mhz CPU cause OS black screen.
