True but revenue is 1 billion which is the lunch I speak of. Not too many western studios are getting this level of roi. Also this game was pulled from game of the year for a game that didn't break profit via western developer is the type of bs manipulation I was referring to as well. Gamers on the other hand did award it game of the year via 42 Joystick awards and Steam awards vs the typical industry bs awards!BM:W cost around $70m, wouldn't consider that a small budget either.
Let's compare that to, Concord 400 million dollars, Skull and Bones almost as high as 850 million USD, Suicide squad almost $300 million usd, Forspoken $100 million, Immortals of Aveum, 125 million, Star wars Outlaws $300 million USD, AC shadows upto $350 million, Dragon Age Vailguard up to $200 million etc etc.
Non made a profit and lost more than 75% of initial cost. All cost significantly more than BM:W to make. This is mostly due to bloat, political correctness empty virtue signals bs and lack of optimization with those bloated budgets. While BM:W can be more optimized as well I believe the lack their of stems from the initial versions of Ureal engine 5 being the root cause.
