0x000000C2 Blue screen at startup Win 7

Guys can keep ketting this error at startup when foing to log in, really stomped by this one running win 7 pro, I can get in on safe mode ok but not normally

This points to a driver fault. In Safe Mode get into the device manager and tell us if you see any yellow exclamation points
