I'm looking to build a retro PC but I wasn't into computers back then. Can someone give me a list of the best parts back then? I'd like to keep the price below $100
That's a desktop running XP SP3 which was a very good computer - I still have two running. There will be plenty for sale on eBay so you should be able to get a great working example well within budget.
