Would be very grateful if someone could let me kno how to get rid of this irritating pop up thing! Have run Hijack this as suggested in previous threads but am at a loss as to what I should "fix"!

Might want to get rid of Norton and get AVG, it is free and better. Also have you ran adaware and spybot yet?

Have run adaware to no avail never heard of spybot will give it a go now. Thanks
