Funny. In the 2019 debates, Biden told 'untruths', 'exaggerations' and 'misspoke', while Trump LIEEEED, at least according the 'fact checkers' at CNN LOL. And no, I'm not lying, misspeaking, exaggerating or speaking an untruth. That's literally how they portrayed the debate. You know the one where Joe Biden pulled out his '51 former intel experts' ace of spades card? And while, ironically, that statement that 51 experts said what they did was true (even though the statement itself was bs), you and I and everyone else knows damn well that he called his crackhead ***** of a son and was like, "Hey d*psh*t, is that laptop yours?" And the response was, "Well *sniff sniff*, you know Pop *sniff*, maybe. *sniffffffff* "Whoooooooo!!! Let's go!!!! Call ya' later."
So yeah. Kinda don't care if DT gets some facts wrong, when Biden gave 3 stump speeches where he said that he was running for the US Senate and was a brain dead vegetable his entire time as Commander in Chief (and your MEDIA lied about it the entire time).
Go take a look at the fact check for Trump's Tuesday address to congress. LIterally everything he said was a misrepresentation.
Like I previously said, Trump comparing his administration to George Washington's administration is ludicrous; remember, George Washington, as history states, literally said "I cannot tell a lie" when confronted about chopping down a tree. Trump literally cannot tell the truth, and all you have to say is criticize someone who's known to have a speech impediment and try to equate that to Trump?
As much as I don't like Trump, I feel sorry for him. He is so disconnected from reality that he has to invent that "his administration is the greatest in US history - second only to George Washington's administration." Trump is a lost and broken man still trying to please he long dead, God rest his soul, Daddy.
All Trump knows how to do is divide and alienate those who are friends of the US and US citizens.
If the US survives his administration in any semblance of its former self, his administration, like his first term, will be remembered by historians as one of the worst, if not the worst, in US history much to his dismay.
The only reason that Trump wants to kill the Chips Act is so that he can claim any successes that might have been accomplished by the act. In fact, at least some in his own party do not support his ridiculous call to rescind the act. -

If Trump's complaint is that companies do not use the money as intended, then the smart thing, IMO, to do is to fix the oversight process that is being abused by the companies that abuse it. Instead, Trump sees it as a game of wack-a-mole and thinks his tariffs, that US Citizens and US Companies are paying, will resolve the issue when it takes money away from the very companies that would or could solve the problem.
And again, note my post about Micron in Central NY that IS using the money AS INTENDED. You cannot blame EVERY company for the faults of policies because a few companies abuse programs like this. Legislators can fix this, but Trump throwing the baby out with the bath water will never fix this.
