Thanks for your assistance in this matter, I am experiencing incorrect search results with google..eg I am redirected to many strange various website when searching via google. Please can you assist....attached are the requested logs following completion of your 8 step.

Good work. Turn off system restore, then turn it back on. Run Temp File Cleaner:
