No idea what Hijacker found?? Antivirus was clean (subscription incl. with phone service), Spyware from same subscription had previously quarantined "KoolyNoody" on 22Jan09, found in Registry. I cant find anything about it, and dont know if should delete it or what. How do I properly purge it from my system? System is sluggish and bounces around, moves curser/page reloads or puts me in a spot where I dont want to be...hard to describe.
So what is the next step? Im probably inbetween beginner/intermediate level computerwise. Really appreciate your help!!!! Abby
