9600xt killed my computer

Hello;
Recently received a 9600XT OEM Video Card and installed it as per the instructions inclosed. Now my computer does not power up at all. Reinstalled my old video card and my computer does not power up. What is going on? Is my Mobo dead now?

AthalonXP 2200+
MSI KT4V mobo
728mb 2700 333MHZ RAM
Sounblaster Live Audio.
Video GForce2TI (to be replaced)

Power supply is:
3.3v 28A
5v 38A
12v 17A
-12v 0.8A
-5v 0.5A
5vsb 2A

hmm i havnt heard of this before...but maybe u should try resetting the CMOS. One time after installing a graphic card i had startup issues similar to this, that might do the trick. Check the instruction manual to your Mobo to find out where your CMOS is, it should be near the little battery in the bottom right of your Mobo.
 
reset the cmos and nothing. When i take the AGP card out, either the new or the old the computer gets power, i.e the fans start turning.

Hmmm i think the video card killed the mobo.

Do you think this could happen?
