Inactive [A] Audio trojan?

I am not sure how it happened, but I have a virus. I am running Windows 7/64. IE is running very slow and randomly without warning I am getting some crazy mix of audio. It's like 2 radio talk shows playing at the same time with music and sometimes ads. Then it will just go away as mysteriously as it started. When I run Spybot S&D it shows that I have Smitfraud.C. It will not "fix" it at all. Then I downloaded Malware bytes and after a full scan it says I have 2 instances of TROJAN.AGENT. 1 is in the category "file" and the other is in the category "memory process", both under item say c:\windows\svchost.exe. The trojan.agent under the category "memory process" has an "other" number of 4524. I click "remove selected" and restart but it does nothing. They both show up in the next scan and I still hear the audio malware. Can someone please help me remove these bastards?

I forgot to add that the audio is playing even though nothing is running on my computer. Here is the malwarebytes log. Thanks in advance for your help, DT
