A court is banning one man from Roblox forever

And again, a personal comment directed at me.
We have low time amateur moderators joining here all the time. What makes you think you're special? Or have any authority?

The post you're whimpering about was intended as an elaborate joke. You didn't think it was funny. I get it. Now it's time for you to move on..

While we're on the topic of grammar, do you even proofread this crap before putting it up, for spelling?

And by the way, I have absolutely no intention of "following your orders".
Joke? K, great way to worm out of what you said. And - "What makes you think you're special? Or have any authority?" Pot, Kettle... Again. Wow, how ridiculous.
BTW - stop telling me and others what to do (grammar etc), as you requested from me. Hypocrite central right here. Just endless, like a constant mediocre joke.
We're ALL allowed to be wrong - your "policing" is not required. That's why I said what I did. But again hypocrisy. My "policing" was a reaction to your unneeded childish policing comment about grammar. It's hard to get a point across to someone when they believe they are faultless and impeccable - and unjustifiably expect others to be.
I can't spell, nor have great grammar - perhaps I have learning difficulites or am disabled etc. Should I be abused for it? Seems like you think so. Disgusting.

No, he jokes like this a lot. It went over your head. Don't sweat it...

I don't recall correcting your grammar. That was another member who I'm familiar with, and who understood that it wasn't delivered with any malice.

In the meantime, you're going to come in telling what I'm allowed to post, and how to post it..

If the mods thought that post you're whining about crossed any lines, they would have pulled it. And trust me, I've had more posts pulled than you've made.

You're not anywhere near as important as you imagine yourself to be.. So, get over the idea that you're a moderator. And while you're at it get over me. I do take some getting used to.

But than again, I am pushing 6900 likes, so I must be at least fairly well integrated into the community. Can you say the same?

Ok you have a point I was just talking about robux but the music part I get (btw robux is the ingame money)

In the civilized English speaking world yes, but not on the internet. :p

But don't you agree that "K", might be a bit too truncated? Especially coming from someone who you've previously listened to enough snot from already..Particularly someone who fancies them self a "moderator" after a few dozen posts, and likes to send those locked, one way, "I'm getting the last word " PMs.

Should we, or I, continue? Just having $70.00 worth of cat food stolen from my porch has definitely put me in the right frame of mind to do a little deflecting, or would that be better described as, "redirecting".

I've used spell check, proofread, and corrected, this post several times, and I do so hope this response meets with your approval, "K"?

For those of you readers who do not know much about Roblox Corporation v. Simon, Ben Simon is a youtube content creator who criticizes ROBLOX due to a slew of reasons, including their copycat act of a gambling system that insists young creators that make money off of their games return all of the profits that are capable of being made into real-world currency back into virtual items in a virtual (nonphysical/real) economy to which these creators are often too young to understand and return all of the money that the young creators made back into ROBLOX's economy and wallet through this 'trading system' where items are given a false sense of rarity by having digital copies of low quality, mass-produced various virtual objects be limited in number. Ben Simon has also covered extensively ROBLOX's moderation system and how it in some cases fails to mitigate prominent predators on their platform by excluding children on the ROBLOX platform being lured into off-site platforms that are linked through the ROBLOX interface and website I.e. Twitter & Discord from being able to remove these offenders off the platform via the moderation system, effectively giving these predators a proxy-backdoor anti-rule to manipulating children on and off the platform. Ben Simon has been adamant about helping these victims by giving extensive evidence to ROBLOX support that these predators are on the platform and evidence of their acts to get them permanently removed from the platform, however, his messages and reports have been actively dismissed by ROBLOX employees because of the overwhelmingly strict rule on not moderating off-platform actions even though ROBLOX Corporation gives an opportunity young users to use the Discord platform on games they like through links on ROBLOX games and groups' discords on the site. ROBLOX (the plaintiff) also stated in the document against Ben Simon that he photoshopped one of the ROBLOX executives/employees undressed, the thing is, they weren't photoshopped. They were visible on websites like Tumblr for everyone to see, and this employee was featured and operated in many ROBLOX streams from their headquarters/buildings. There are numerous other perhaps false statements made in the document, and Ben Simon, the content creator, addressed them in a Youtube Video called "Roblox Is Suing Me for 1.6 Million" if you want an extensive view on the claims and on how the lawsuit is, defaming one of their users and critics of the platform-- and how Roblox cited the document as a response to questions about the subject stating the claims "speak for themselves". For any of you viewers here wanting to make hasty conclusions to an individual who makes sarcastic statements on Twitter regarding ROBLOX, and how ROBLOX effectively staged a reaction or defensive position to effectively censor one of their critics/trolls on and of their platform, I insist you view Ben Simon's youtube video covering the case extensively under the Youtube account "Ruben Sim", and for those of you doubtful individuals who did not overview all of the claims/statements made in the document/case, please view the document that the plaintiff (Roblox Corporation) used. It is called "Roblox v. Ben Simon". Read the document's claims and make your interpretations based on the scope and presentation of these claims.

From his actions on the platform and media posted on Youtube, Ben Simon appears to wish to improve the integrity of ROBLOX for the safety of its users, while providing entertainment in the videos through silly and often mainstream (sometimes questionable) humor through well-edited videos of him playing on accounts on games of the platform. Ben Simon has criticized censorship on ROBLOX, especially the version in China (called LouBu) where ROBLOX operates under the legal and political restrictions of the Chinese Government, and where the terms of uploading your games to LouBu also follow the political directions favoring the Chinese leader. I do insist that anyone with polarized opinions see the matter through the view of the accused to understand how the case was designed perhaps less for the safety of ROBLOX but the financial security of ROBLOX based on the generalized absurdity and extensive detail of the claims made in the case. Everything is up to your interpretation, be it for the little guy, or the big corporation, or both, or neither. I insist anyone curious to view the defendant's video explaining the case, view the document/case that the plaintiff pressed against the defendant, and inform yourself since this is perhaps the only time ROBLOX has sued someone.
