The term "democracy", has to attach when the states of the republic vote as a whole.

As for the ERA, women who get to sit on their a**es and recite the news for millions of dollars a year for doing so, should get behind it.

But face it, the human male and female are physically different. Which means, if both are working at the average full capacity. ,the woman would reap 20% more wages for "the same job", if paid the same.

Sh!t is a lot different in the boardroom, than it is behind a jack hammer, where somebody might, "break a nail".

It really has gotten to the point where women expect to "have their cake and eat it too". IE Being fawned over flaunting their femininity in a $20,000.00 dress on the red carpet, while their boy toy arm candy, comes in a rent a tux. Yeah, that's equal rights ....not.

Meet "Rosie the Riveter", real women, with real jobs, turned out tens of thousands of aircraft and whatnot for the war effort, which likely did, secure our victory in WWII. This current crop of self enamored divas, is next to worthless.
