A7N8X-E Deluxe BIOS settings for stable performance?

Hello I have this mobo., with a XP athlon 3000+ Barton CPU. Can anyone tell me the exact BIOS setting for the most stable performance. Know I have it at 217mgz 10.5x, 100% memory which puts me at 2.28ghz.

You have to figure this out yourself by just boosting the CPU clock and Core voltage a notch at a time, until the system becomes unstable... Be aware that you may trash the motherboard if you go too far

Thank you. I tried 225mgz and 100% at auto voltage and resulted in 2.35ghz. But this setup runs great just at 200mgz which puts me about 2.09 and believe it or not it does great there.

Sorry I left this out, this runs better than my Pentium 4 3ghz computer!
I just wanted to see if anyone had a similar mobo., with any overclock specs.
It seems to run stable up to 219, after that it crashes or wont start sometimes. My temp., never went above 48C at the higher clock rates.

I tried the wire mod but it did not open the multiplier. I did notice at 219mhz and 100% memory and 1.75 v that I was running a cpu temp on speedfan between 44 and 49C. Does that sound OK? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
