Ability to ignore users that want to keep profiles private or are super-users

Pretty self explanatory: If I want to ignore all comments from a user, they should not be able to bypass this by me not being able to access their profile first which is required for me to add them to my ignore list (I have otherwise found no other way to get around this). This isn't about me reporting the user or having any kind of discussion in public forum or stories at all it's just about me having control of who I want to and don't want to see posts from, whenever they're user admis and/or just users that hide their profile it becomes spam and things I don't want to read if I cannot properly maintain my ignore list.

Yes: no hover or click menu pops up for them and clicking sends you to "this user limits who can view their profile"

Maybe the function for hover is not superseding the one for limited/private profiles or something like that.

For reference, I did find one account that fits this description.
I have no idea if it is the person in question. To be honest I don't want to know.

azicat has limited their profile and the fly out while hovering their name doesn't show. So yeah, no way to ignore them under those conditions.
