Accidentally deleted partition but data is still there

Thanks for the replies everyone! I tried many tools, some did not work and others were too slow and complicated (I.e. TestDisk). I ended up using Power Data Recovery live cd, and managed to recover the most important data to another drive.

Tweaking.com Windows Repair was like magic for all that ailed my Surface Pro running Windows 10.

Fixed:
Firewall
OneNote
File privileges
Registry errors in the hundreds

Some settings were reset but easily corrected. Run from Safe Mode and let all 42 of 43 fixed run then reboot and run again!

Like magic! I prefer Acronis images but that will not work of the original Surface Pro without LOTS of workarounds.
