Acer keyboard problems

I got my wife an Acer Aspire 7736z. the problem is that the right 'shift' key turns on caps lock, and the left shift key takes you to the help page for whatever page or app your in. I have looked in the keyboard setup and ease of access and cannot find a setting that would be causing this. any ideas out there?

You might consider trying to remap the key with one of the many utilities available:
