Acer laptop starts booting then stops and turns off

So I have a acer aspire 7520 laptop running Windows 7 2 gigs RAM 160 gig hard drive any way I boot it up all the lights come on fan comes on but screen stays black about 4 or 5 seconds in it shuts off and does it again and just keeps repeating this untill I turn it off.
I have researched this and tried everything I have read and nothing works.

Have you tried clearing CMOS?

No do you mean just by pulling the battrey for a few min or buy. Seting the jumpers

The cmos battery is attached to the mother board how do I take it out

I'm not sure on laptops - on desktops you can use a flathead screwdriver to just pop it out. Try taking it out for a few minutes and then putting it back in and seeing if it'll boot then.
