I may be mistaken but doesn't Android 4 already have no flash?
It looks like everyone is dropping it now but I don't know how ready HTML5 sites and apps are.

Yes, Flash has its fair share of problems... but it standardized web based video. It rid the would of those terrible QuickTime and Real Player videos, and more importantly their bloated, nasty applications that you had to use to view their videos.

I hope a new standard takes its place that is better in every way.
