Amazing deal on high end GPU, low end CPU?

Hi, I have run into a super once in a lifetime like deal on a high end GPU, but am curecurre running with 8GBs ram and a low, Core2 vPro E8500u. Would I experience severe bottleneck? I do plan on upgrading my CPU in the future, but is it worth getting the GPU now and experiencing bottleneck?

That won't bottleneck that cpu, but 450.00 for that old 5850 ?

That or a galaxy gt640 super clock edition.
Will handle games from 2011 till april of 2017.
Most games are needing higher end specs.
