I work for a company, I don't demand my bosses make less, my loyalty is worth what they pay me. I'd jump ship if another company offered me more money. That's called an employee, my boss pays me what he thinks I'm worth, the guy that owns the company he has no boss, it's his money. Now if I don't like my compensation I can leave easy as that.
