Actually because Pascal especially the 1080Ti was so good that people don't want to upgrade to Turing lol. Define TINY when the 1080Ti sold more than the RX580 according the Steam hardware survey, or check out GamersNexus where he said 50% of the site audience bought a 1080Ti in 2018.Yeah, it kinda does... Especially when the percentage who can't afford it, or are too smart to be taken advantage of is such a huge segment of the market. The percentage of people willing to pay premium prices for Intel/nVidia crap is TINY!!! AMD is extremely smart to push the midrange market this year with Navi 10, and go after the higher end market next year with Navi 20. It lines up very well with their roadmap.
