AMD introduces 16-core Ryzen 9 3950X CPU, two Navi Radeon RX 5700 GPUs at E3 2019

Yeah, it kinda does... Especially when the percentage who can't afford it, or are too smart to be taken advantage of is such a huge segment of the market. The percentage of people willing to pay premium prices for Intel/nVidia crap is TINY!!! AMD is extremely smart to push the midrange market this year with Navi 10, and go after the higher end market next year with Navi 20. It lines up very well with their roadmap.

Actually because Pascal especially the 1080Ti was so good that people don't want to upgrade to Turing lol. Define TINY when the 1080Ti sold more than the RX580 according the Steam hardware survey, or check out GamersNexus where he said 50% of the site audience bought a 1080Ti in 2018.

RDNA is now the backbone of the gaming industry..!

Or better put, AMD is the backbone of Gaming. Dr Su said it many times, that AMD love Gamers and that they have (collectively) been working up to these moments and this brand new (superSIMD) architecture, etc.. for a long time.

Many well known Techsites are now getting further information about Navi's new architecture and are digesting it slowly and what it means. Gamer's Nexus just did a quick overview, but there is more to come.

When was the last time you had so many different CEO's and tech icons all coming up on stage for such events? RDNA is big news and AMD (under Dr Su's guidance) is being humble about it. It is so scalable, that AMD can now have a specialized chips (multiGPU designs) with one as a sub-processor.

RDNA is silly in what it brings:

Thank you fanboy... but just because Dr. Su says so, doesn't necessarily mean it's true... And even she isn't claiming it's the backbone of gaming NOW - it's a claim for the future...

And all "real" evidence points to the contrary... Nvidia is the company that most game designers work with and design for... certainly PC games!

"When was the last time I saw..." At every expo for EVERY new GPU tech... Nvidia's Ray Tracing nonsense was even more hyped... we'll see how that goes as well.

I'm not saying that AMD's GPUs won't succeed in the future - but as of now, we have ZERO evidence to assume they will.

Comment again in a few months once you can actually buy a Navi card...

Check out AdoredTV vid
He really wanted Navi to succeed but yeah, not gonna happen this round either on the GPU front. The performance and efficiency metrics just isn't there yet.

Listen, I am a tech enthusiast/gamer and own a RTX2080 & GTX1080 and many more cards. I am not limited to any brand and I don't cheerlead. Though I do laugh at people who use stupid logic in trying to tell other how to buy performance.

RDNA is clearly the future of gaming, giving that EVERY CONSOLE GAME will be based off of it. Nobody today is going to be developing for anything else. Again, sorry if that angers you or upsets your stocks, but with all the CEOs going up on stage throwing their hats in for RDNA, the writing is on the wall and all you can do is cry... and complain. But don't be ignorant.

It's a little telling bro (that you are indeed uber bias), when you state you have zero evidence that NAVI & RDNA will be a success in the market..?

When CEO's were up on stage touting how awesome AMD's next gen uarch is and how it's the future of gaming.

Your nocking me, because you think Dr Su is a liar?

Every console already has AMD in it.... they still aren’t the “future of gaming”...

And Dr. Su’s JOB is to make her company look as good as possible.... nvidia’s CEO does the same... I’m not calling either of them “liars”... simply people who can be economic with the truth :)

And lastly, you’ve proven yourself a troll over and over on these forums, so I couldn’t care less that you have multiple GPUs in your parent’s basement.... until you show some actual EVIDENCE of the drivel you spout, maybe just stop typing....
