HI Will this processor fit a
Biostar TA970 Socket AM3+ 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard.Have now find out it dosent so disregard.

You mean the Phenom 965BE 3.4ghz quad core? If so that's an AM3 cpu and it shows support for it.
