AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Review: 6-Core Gaming Beast

I bought a KFA2 3090 SG because I couldn't get a 3080 or RDNA2 card except off scalpers. I also replaced my Zen+ 2700 for a Zen 2 3800XT as I couldn't get a 5600x at anywhere near retail price. I game at 1440p and with every setting maxed out my freesync monitor hardly dips below 144 fps in most games. I don't think a 3800X is bottle necking me in any way and as I own a Prime X470 the 3800X made more sense as I could actually buy it.

Okay, I'm upgrading my cpu from ryzen 2600x rx 580 to something like 3060ti, my monitor is currently 1080p 144hz. Here in india, 5600x and i7 10700kf costs the same, around 380 dollars. As they both perform almost equally and I have to spend equal money both for ryzen and intel, I'm opting for 8 core 16 thread i7 10700kf. 5600X is way too expensive here. Is it a good choice?

A 10700 with a 3060 TI is absolutely a good choice, it's one step from the top of the line. An i7 10700K version (overclockable and with video) is $325 in the US, there's potentially some money to be saved if you can shop around. There is no drawback with integrated graphics, just turn it off in the BIOS.

TBF Newegg has a 3 day sale running with 3600x for $259 US, sold and shipped by Newegg, not a vendor. Good luck with whatever you decide on.
