a friend from Canada seemed to get some spyware on his PC, and can't figure how to get it out, even with a few Superantispyware scans, which find nothing. I'm going to try to add a pic of the pop-up so someone who may have seen it can elaborate and possibly help. I'd appreciate any help I can get, cause I'm doing this over the internet thru a 'vent' server talking him thru stuff.
Ok, can't get a pic in here because he saved a screenshot into Word and I can;t isolate the pop-up, but it has a black & yellow stripe shield and says System Security next to it.
