Another BSoD

I've been dealing with Blue screen for a couple of weeks now. I've even cleared my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad Twist 3347-4HU with Windows 8) and reinstalled Windows and the problem seems to only be getting worse.
I only have two right now as I reinstalled Windows earlier today...

Laptops are very hard on hard drives and memory chips because of excessive heat and physical knocks and bumps. Test the hard drive first by going to the C drive, right-click select properties, tools, and check. Let the drive test run. To test the memory use Memtest86 version 5.01:

Run at least 7 passes. No errors are allowed
