Another Sagipsul, 8 steps done

Hello, I seem to have the sagipsul.com virus also. I completed the 8 steps (I hope I did everything ok because I'm really not that savvy, and I can't seem to find my superantispyware log...) and here are my log files. Any help is greatly appreciated!
