What does that mean that if one come form a Muslim country I should be responsible for Alqaida or other subgroups in history in history toward Christians and others, by default because they come Muslim or form countries where they recide are Arabs, and thus they are responsible for government actions who where disrespected human rights and thus is valid to people who had nothing to with but new generations we discriminate or kill Arabs in general because some how that's justice?

Google discrimination is typical they engage in usual double speak and double practice, was there with Sergey Brin, and Larry page and Sheryl Sandberg they are there and have pioneered and cultivated this culture. Sundar Pichai is continuing their work but is them who have a say.

It's settled then. Anyone that owns a company will eventually have a discrimination suit against them. Simply because no matter how big they grow they will never be big enough to completely diversify. There is too much diversity in the world, for any company to contain.

Just because you to big you not entitled to special privilege there as right to discrimination there pal. That just inane justification, there are laws in place which have been made for a purpose. If your company promotes that type of culture be big or small you are directly responsible, if you cannot control your own company discrimination that comes from some top of the company poncho heads toward workers, than hire professional who do keep them their ego in leash. If your inefficient that is not my problem, if your engage in double speak fabricate justifications, than get prepared to face jurisdiction and legal hurdles.

I hope these open the eye to double speak in google culture.

there are laws in place which have been made for a purpose.
Those laws do not mandate who a company hires or not. Those laws protect against discrimination in the work place not for diversity.

In order for this guy to have a case, he has to prove he was held to a different standard in the work place than everyone else. This diversity BS by nature has everyone at different standards. It's a two faced topic with no end.

Thats actually discrimination in work place boss first of all. Discrimination is not just based on race but ideology be religious or another ideology. Personal politics of your company should not be part of work place keep it to yourself as the company is part of public share holders and should follow certain laws and regulation as company , if im not showing at work any of these ideologies at work , you not going to tell me what religion believe or politics what politics or religion I believe in personal life, Is my right based on jurisdiction which guarantees me the freedom of my personal believe. I'm not going to switch religion or politics just to fit your personal politics because your manager or ceo of the company, you hire and keep me for the work I do not what I believe. Thats plain discrimination and double speak.

this is a problem. How can you have 'equality' when merely being middle aged white dude gets you discriminated against. It's like it is less about equality than some sort of revenge for the gross injustices of the past

edit: many of these so-called guilty middle aged white guys were mere employees who had to eat the same sh!t that everyone else did. They were not some priviledged class.

Again guy this is called discrimination and you confused with company politics as diversification, the first fall under legislation and second not. He can prove it because it was fired upon his personal life views which had nothing to with his work line. Thats open discrimination because they fired him and was made public why.

I gave you the religion example because is the same. You cannot fire some one because they hold different political or religion views. They guy should get a good lawyer and make the case available to advocacy groups for work rights.

I think you missed my point. Yes, Diversity is double speak language of politics when they apply things how they see fit and how they want it , and If you think they apply same rules to them self think again.

Diversity is the biggest irony because the bullshit can be smell from far away and you have to be truly blind not to see it. They want to give notion they they are diverse but the only diversity is toward who they want and fit their political points, jew, indian, etc, etc.


Google constantly spins own ceos personal interest propaganda / political motives in its products, and you have to be blind not to see that.

But my major point don't confuse diversity with discrimination.

The first part is an indefensible generalization, as generalizations usually are. The second is a baseless insult and you have no way of knowing.
I hope they win. It is one thing to correct injustice, it's another to single out a group and say this injustice is all their fault. This oversimplification has many historical precedents and they end badly. The people 'correcting the injustice' become opressors and persecutors of other people. This indoctrination is so ingrained that this scapegoating is even socially supported.
EVERYONE discriminates AND judges....deal with it
That is why the lawsuit exists. Deal with it.
