Something I recently discovered and thought I'd share.
I stopped using HTC phones (and their HTC Sync app) several years ago. HTC Sync writes and grows the file C:\Windows\system32\fsync.log. I recently found it still on my HD at 750MB. You can delete it. It's not needed whether you're still using HTC or not (especially not needed if you're not )
