I'm sorry if facts get in your way. Nobody was contesting how much money they have. Samsung only makes one phone, Samsung phones. They both make different models. As usual your hyperbole statements skirt reality.

They have multiple revenue streams (App store, Macbooks, etc.). Let's stick to the scope of what is being discussed here.
And I'm sure people are pissed off mainly at the pricing more than anything. People **** on android phones for their minimal improvements as well.

I am sure the usual Apple Haters will come up with some bogus reasons to attack this thing, but anyone with an honest brain has to admit this is the perfect follow up phone for the iSheep.

Their previous phones weren't contenders for the best? And how can these be the best at anything until they're tested? This is a paper launch for now. And if you can't directly compare to Android phones due to OS differences, then how can either claim to be the best?

lol.... Apple makes one phone... the iPhone... it has 3 models - regular, "plus" and "SE" - (this year S, Max and R)... Samsung has 2 different phones - the Galaxy (with a few different models - A, S, J) - and the Note...
Other companies sell multiple makes and models.... Pretty much every single smartphone has Android - except for the iPhone... yet iOS (which is only on the iPhone!) makes up about 20% of the OSes on worldwide smartphones!!

The number 1 HIGH END model of phone (not including cheaper Nokias, which are actually pretty awesome, but have virtually 0 profit margin), EVERY YEAR, is an iPhone... generally the "regular" version... This is why Apple can pretty much charge whatever they please...

However, REALITY dictates that they actually make the best phones - or at least, really close to the best - and they charge about the same as every other high end phone... you get what you pay for - and tens of millions of people each year clearly agree with me...
