Archos 10.1 platinum tablet

Having recently bought an Archos 10.1 Platinum tablet it was nothing but trouble after I opened it on Christmas Day, what a hopeless pile of junk it turned out to be. Icons, keyboard & apps were totally unresponsive, wouldn't accept a screen lock code, wouldn't let me draw a keylock pattern or access the google play store, screen resolution awful, when it did let me use it, it crawled along at snail pace. I accept that for £99 you don't expect an I- pad air but you do expect it to work. I have just had a full refund from Curry's PC world & have purchased a Bush 7.85 tablet from Argos for £70, ( reduced from £100) & cannot fault it, really really impressed & they threw in a free case & 3 years accidental damage cover for £25. On my experience of Archos, do not buy & avoid this rubbish brand !
