Are these specs good?

I am new to building PC's, as this is my first one, I want to know if these specs are good. Specifically, can I play games that might require decent graphics(Can I play games like Tera, Skyrim, Witcher 3, etc.). If someone could tell me if these specs are good in general, I would be greatly appreciative. I will just leave the link for all the specs here, in this link. I don't know if this is not allowed, so I guess I will find out. Thanks!

Yes you can, but Witcher 3 will be more demanding than the other two and will likely require you to run on lower settings.

I second what clifford said - first two will run fine, Witcher 3 on low to medium settings. Probably just low settings considering how poorly W3 runs with AMD cards and AMD procs trail behind Intel procs in most gaming performance.

Agreed. Even the highest end 8350 struggles to keep up. Let alone, a 6300.
