Autorun virus

Hi all,

Recently i've been getting a ton messages from NOD32 and Outpost about blocking these specific attacks that keep happening. Everytime it happens NOD says that i've blocked and deleted the autorun.inf file, which obviously isn't true, because it happens again 5 minutes later. I've downloaded a ton of registery cleaners and autorun cleaners and so far no luck. So i was wondering if you had any advice for me, my HJT log is attached
