Bad Image Error and HijackThis log

I've been getting dozens of "bad image" error messages when I start my computer or anytime I try to open or run any program. It started about 4 days ago, and I can't tie it to anything (new software, updates, etc). I've been googling and reading about others with this problem, and many have used HIjackThis to find the cause. I downloaded it, but I don't know how to read the log.

I am using a Toshiba laptop, running Vista, and have AVG running. My computer shows up as virus/malware free.

Here is the log:

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to offer.

Welcome Carole. You aren't suppose to know how to read the Hijackthis log- that's my job. But it looks like a part of the HijackThis log is missing- it would be between the following two entries:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
Should show R0, R1, O2, 03 entries. this would include the homepage(s) and search page(s)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SVPWUTIL] C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\Utilities\SVPWUTIL.exe SVPwUTIL

Did you try to download and run Malwarebytes on our preliminary removal thread HERE.
If not please do so, making sure to check the line to remove the entries that are found.

Then rescan with HJT, attach a new log along with the Mbam log to your next reply. And when you answer my questions, I'll decide where to go from there.

Questions:
1. Are you still using Skype?
2. Are you still using Yapta? If so, please view their Privacy Policy and decide if you want to continue using it: http://www.yapta.com/privacy/
3. Did you previously use a Dell Printer? The following 2 entries indicate communication with a product, usually a Dell printer or Dell Media.

[O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DLBXCATS] rundll32 C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\DLBXtime.dll,_RunDLLEntry@16:
DLBXCATS rundll32 [path] DLBXtime.dll _RunDLLEntry@16

Resolves a timing problem where a Dell service tries to communicate with the printer but Windows is too busy - by either delaying the start of the service or restarting if the service failed to load.
The Service below is Related to Dell computers/printers. So if you had a Dell product and no longer have/use it, these entries will need to be removed and stopped.
O23 - Service: dlbx_device - - C:\Windows\system32\dlbxcoms.exe
