Badly infected machine

I have several. i think trojans worms that i cant get rid of with avast or a squared or spyware blaster. i know i have a root kit virus also one of them redirects all my google searches and wont let me go to some virus removal sites.help

here is a hijack this log i had to remove urls in in order to post
