Beeping & Keyboard

I have an HP Pavillion dv6 when I turn it on it instantly starts a continuous beep that doesn't stop until the computer is put to sleep or shut down . Along with this I can't even reboot or reset since the keyboard doesn't isn't working or responding. How do I go about taking care of both the issues? ? I'm not anywhere near tech savvy.

A beep like that is usually an indication that there is a hardware issue; called BIOS Beep Codes. Contact HP and see if they can help you with your issue if it is still under warranty. How old is the system?
