Best Motherboards for Ryzen 7 2700X for achieving great overclocking

Hello Guys,
I'm planning to build my first custom pc with Ryzen 7 2700X processor. I have selected almost every pc parts except the motherboard. I'm searching for a budget motherboard that makes overclocking of Ryzen 7 2700X easy, safe and long lasting. Please share your opinions. Thanks!

MSI B450 Tomahawk - while not the cheapest out there, it's the best value board if you're planning for long-term, serious overclocking.

Asus Rog Strix X470-F. The Asus Rog Strix X470-F motherboard stun a thousand eyes with its cyber outlook and it is one of the best motherboards for ryzen 2700x.

Those Tomahawks have great thermals and lots of BIOS settings for overclockers. I go with that one like Nee said. =)

I would like to suggest "Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming" motherboard.
Also check its NEW recently launched version called "Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II" motherboard.

Please suggest the better MoBo from the following for Ryzen 7 2700 & Ryzen 7 2700x (considering Overclocking & Non-overclocking uses):
1. Asus Rog Strix X470-F.
2. Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
Does the stock cooler supplied with the above Ryzens are sufficient or some additional cooling system/device will be required?
The cabinet to be used is "Cooler Master HAF XB EVO".
Please advise.
