Bios Password reset

Hi, Picked up at auction a second hand HP compac nc8230 no HDD after fitting another drive I connot access the Bios due to an admin password. Is there a way to reset the bios password.

You may as well get rid of it, call hp technical support, speak with the tier 2 technicians.

HP, Dell, Alienware, lenovo will refuse to help you, unless you have a physical or digital proof of receipt that you own that laptop.
