BIOS wouldn't start

I upgradet bios for asus P5E3 motherboard and it seemed like everything was ok - windows 7 64bit loaded and was working properly. What I changed as well was setting that puts computer to sleep after 3 hours. I used to have issue that while in sleep mode I need to press restart button and windows resumes back. Well today when I switch it on all lights are on fans are on but it wouldn't even start loading bios. I tried to unplug from mains and switch it back on but it wouldn't work.

First I would see if the PC will boot from the OS disc.

Reset the Bios to defaults by removing the CMOS battery.

Flash the Bios again.

Check the CMOS battery is not flat, anything under 2.8V replace it.
