Black background with spyware message

hi, after opening a file my computer went crazy! and there is now a black background sayin "Dangerous Spywaree" and you have trojan horse etc everything i do on the comp is terribly slow now ive tryied using panda anti virus but i doesn't find anything anyy ideas? i would most apprieciate it thankss

Hi,

Now normally i would mention that you need to run the 8 step process. However as you say it will be slow so we many do that second.

First.
Download SDfix. There is the download and the user guide Here

Follow the instructions. They are part way down the page.

Then complete the 8 step process so we can check for anything left.
