Have one specific sender from whom I want to not only block and delete emails but want them returned so they see I'm blocking them. That's actually the important part - that the sender sees I'm blocking them and not reading them.

I wasn't sure by reading info about the Blocked Senders List in Message Rules.

Anybody shed a little more light on this and / or tell me how?

Thanks much!!

Outlook, Outlook 97, Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, Outlook 2003, or Outlook 2007?
There are plenty of information sites on Outlook you can access at Microsoft, or with a gurgle search... There is a big split between how Outlook 2002 and before is setup, compared with Outlook 2003 and 2007.
Some senders software will reject listing refusals, as will most internet providers. You can only prove you did not receive it or did not read it. Unread oulook can be blocked or rejected. But there is no guarantee the sender will know.

Sending the Rejection only serves to confirm your address. Unless it is a business
associate that you are expected to work with, just create a delete rule and smile :)
