Very long delay in receiving incoming emails in outlook 2021

Hi everyone;

I'm posting this thread because I have an embarrassing problem.

I have a professional email address and I added it to outlook 2021.

The problem is that the new incoming mails arrive well after the senders sent them to me (sometimes hours after)...

I configured the mailbox in IMAP on Outlook (as it was on my old PC, cause I did created a lot of imap folders to sort the emails)

any ideas ?
