Blue screen after adding memory

Hi,
Would appreciate any help here please!
Last night I installed 2 512 mb of ddr sdram memory aside the 2 256 mb ddr sdram that was already on my pentium 4.
Since then I've been getting the blue screen. The first time it listed flrmgr.sys, the second time just STOP and the last time win32k.sys.

mobo:
MSI 865PE Neo2-PS (MS-6728 v2.0)

ram:
already installed:
DIMM1: CEONM425653CE40TGC 256 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (2.5-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)
DIMM3: CEONM425653CE40TGC 256 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (2.5-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)
newly installed:
DIMM2: Micron Tech. 16VDDT6464AG-40BC4 512 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (3.0-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz) (2.5-3-3-7 @ 166 MHz) (2.0-2-2-6 @ 133 MHz)
DIMM4: Micron Tech. 16VDDT6464AG-40BC4 512 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (3.0-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz) (2.5-3-3-7 @ 166 MHz) (2.0-2-2-6 @ 133 MHz)

In the midst of writing this thread I got another blue screen so I uninstalled the newly installed memory.

Any suggestions?

Bad Ram?

Did the computer work after you uninstalled the memory. If it did I would try installing the chips one at a time to see if your computer works that way. One of the chips could be bad. If the problem is not the ram chips you should try to use a different ram slot on your computer. I installed new ram a couple of years ago and my 3rd ram slot was bad so I was getting a similar error. I simply took the chip out of the 3rd slot and used the 4th instead and my computer worked after that. Hope this help.

Make sure that the new ram has the same specifications as the old ram or you will get massives bsod's. They need to have the same timings, and both need to be getting sufficient voltage.
