Blue Screen Error, Any Idea How To Fix?

Well about 5 months ago my computer started to do "Blue Screen" constantly when I turned it on, I have tryed many things to stop it but non have worked so I am resorting to this website to see if I get can any help?

Here are some details about why I think its going on:
Well I deleted something to-do with my Webcam and whenever I do webcam on msn messanger about 20 seconds later my computer does "Blue Screen", or whenever i download music.

I donnot think this is a BSOD.
Thank you alot if you help me re-solve this problem with my computer.

Oh yeah.
My computer type is: Compaq Presario CQ50

What error codes are displayed when it Blue Screens?

I cant remember because it all happens in a matter of about 7-10 seconds.

But its something like:

00C700000, 0000000. 0000000

Not a BSOD I am sure of it.

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files. Are there any files?
