Blue Screen Error

i am using intel core2 duo cpu,500gb hard disk,2gb ram and
i am using windows xp sp2 os
i am getting a blue screen error[physical memory dump] while downloading from internet from torrents.
Downloading starts and after 10-15 mins system retstarts and after logging in i get a message that YOUR SYSTEM HAS RECOVERED A SERIOUS ERROR
plzzzzzz show me a solution for this
i am using a wireless internet

I would follow the 8 step process, and if you could get the error code on the blue screen, that would help alot.

I would suggest that you report in the Windows OS forum. you should have more help available there for help resolve a system problem.
