Blue screen when on the Internet

Hi, Im new to the site but need your expert help please

I'm not brilliant on computers so please can you keep it simple

Basically I get the Blue Screen Bad Caller on the internet, normally when Im watching videos or clicking a website link on facebook.

I have uploaded

a print screen of the problem diagnosis of what windows tells me when it reboots.

I have wiped the laptop twice back to factory condition to try and solve the issue but to no avail

Any help greatly appreciated

Blue screens after fresh OS installs point to hardware problems or bad bios settings. Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files, and right-click sending them to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here

Your Realtek network driver is causing the trouble. See if you can update the driver or if this Network device is part of the motherboard, it may be bad
