Bootmgr compressed

hey guys i accedntly compressed my drive C which has my drivers for the computer and stuff and it had bootmgr in it . now everytime i run it , it doesnt load windows

I have Xp and win7 installed (on diff drivers)
any ideas how to fix this with booting something from a usb or cd?

Sorry i like to play with my computer too much and like to explore it

What error message do you get when you try to boot?

Do you have the windows 7 and/or XP discs?

What did you use to compress the drive?
