Recently my computer has had random crashes with 0x00000d1 as the error code. I tried removing programs recently installed to check if that was the problem. The recently installed programs did not seem to cause the probelm. I was told to try looking at the dump file but have no idea how them.

Thank you for your quick response. I have uninstalled it using my device manager hopefully it will fix the problem.
