Solved Browser stops browsing

While uninstalling did you?
Delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, by selecting the "Also delete your browsing data" checkbox.
 
I'm still here - Busy Season for us house painters!
Reinstalled Chrome and seems to be working just fine - several sessions, reboots - all looks good. Do I need to be concerned about Start Menu being changed or just ignore that?
Everything else seeks OK.
 
At some point in all of this the Start menu was revised, reset, changed - whatever. I had it very pared down (5 or 6 items each side).
No problem to change again, just thought it better to mention to be sure there's no Start Menu Virus.

Yes, it is normal - it's just different than I had set it. But if you're not concerned then neither am I.
